Then, I tried I’ve used a cane for walking, orthotics, have worn a big boot on my foot, I’ve worn braces, I’ve tried icing I’ve tried heat pads, I’ve tried night splints, I’ve tried Z-Coil shoes, I’ve tried massages, streches, I’ve also tried acupuncture for a while, etc. Nothing has worked!!!!!
