It get worse for me in the cold, like unbearable. Is this normal?

Does icing help before stretching or should I keep my feet warm?

Does plantar faciitious make your feet smaller? I noticed after my exercises my feet look bigger.

I’ve had plantar faciitious for about 5 years and I’m only 18, anything about those questions above will help

Her podiatrist told her to wear this brand of shoe 24/7 and she is taking him literally!

Does anyone know if wearing shoes to bed as well as during the day will help heal plantar fasciitis faster?

I was just wondering what that means? I never heard of that before and couldn’t find anything about that online.

He said that he usually only sees them in overweight seniors, and I’m a thin 20 year old.
