I'm just not sure what I should do. I have extremely bad pain and tingling in my feet (imagine the tingling you get when you accidentaly cut of the circulation to a limb in your sleep but it lasts all day). My doc started me on Lyrica, but it's not seeming to help at all. What should I do?

I have been running on treadmill at gym now for 3 months and yes I did go to get running new shoes with all the special padding and got fitted by professional at shoe store. I went to get a pedicure the other day and noticed a small corn on my toe. Should I just start taking the classes at the gym for a while and lay off the running?

i got a huge blister on the back of my foot from my shoes... i need to wear these shoes tomorrow but it hurts waaay to much.... what is the best way to get rid of the pain over nite??

I have pain on the top of my foot, I believe that it is the muscle, and then it wraps up around to the inside of my shin. The muscle is really sore to touch, I can't point my foot or flex it. It also hurts when I walk. Does anyone have any idea of what I did or what is wrong with my foot? What should I do?

Or does a bunion always cause a problem? I'm 27 and have had one since I was younger and it never really bothered me (except to look at). Can I still go on wearing the shoes I want, being active and pretending it's not even there or do I need to get it fixed? Thanks

well, i'm 14 and i have flat feet.(i think thats what its called). I went to a physio theraphist when i was about 9 because i hurt my ankle really bad. The lady said i had flat feet and that i should get aquatics. I didn't but i kind of regret it now because my legs are kind of a funny shape. Would aquatics work and how much are they???

Little bg info...when I wear heels at the office sometimes my right foot will pop but not hurt. Recently I've been experiencing a little pain on the right side of my foot by the heel bone and toward the bottom. It's usually when I wake up and then it'll go away.

Yesterday, though, on the way to the train station it was really bad to where I thought maybe something was broken. I walk quite a bit in the city (NYC) and never experience any pain in my foot. It's the same this morning.

Any ideas?
