Your supposed to use them at night for best results and I used two. Both nights I had absolutely terrifying dreams. When I woke up I was all sweaty and my sheets were tangled around my legs. Once I finally fell back asleep, it was the same dream that woke me up screaming. I’m not one to have nightmares but these were really scary.
