Is it anything serious? what should I do to heal it and how long would it take?

It’s painful, but it’s a good kind of pain and I find it also soothing and relaxing. I’ve been massaging my achilles tendons mostly everyday for a really long time. I was just curious to see if anyone had the same habit.
