I don't get this for Bio hw

i know if you were to cut both your achilles tendon you would definitely fall but i am not sure if you would fall backward or forward. does anyone have the answer?

i am assuming that it is in fact my achilles tendon that is bothering me. It gets sore about 2 miles into my run. The bottom part of my calf (towards the ankle). What are the best ways to stretch it?

I am deathly afraid of it and I guess I'd like to know if it is a recorded phobia and if it has a name..

so, apparently I partially tore my achilles tendon last night (playing b-ball). The Ortho Dr. that I saw today gave me two options...surgery to repair it or a full cast to let it heal. He gave the % chance or reinjury and pros/cons of each but I wanted some unbiased feedback from folks that have had this injury. Which option did you choose...why...are you happy you made that choice, etc. I am a very active 30 yr old male (if that helps) and wish to return to being fully active ASAP.

are there any OCT meds that can reduce the pain for a stained Achilles tendon?

I've had achilles tendonitis pain for about 3 weeks and am wearing a brace, seeing a doctor next week- is it definite that I'll need surgery? =(

I do soccer and run some days, but it feels off.
