Bleach kills toenail fungus.
for PH you have to buy PH strips and get your PH within the 6.0 to 7.5 range. Not over and not under.

Hydrogen peroxide in a foot bath–diluted with some water is fine.
I’ve never had good luck with hydrogen peroxide, salt baths, tea tree oil, lamisil, and other foot creams.
What I have used with success in toe nail fungus is Vick’s Vapor Rub. Clip your toe nail back as far as you can to get to clear skin. This might be pretty far up the nail bed, but don’t worry because the nail is dead where it is blackened. Take your time so you don’t cut yourself on the tender skin underneath. Do as much as you can the first day. Coat your feet with Vick’s Vapor Rub, not the cream, and put on clean socks. Do this three times a day. Toe nail fungus will be gone within the week. I’ve done this on my daughter with wonderful success. It has never come back either.
Not so sure you’ll get results from H peroxide, but these work:
1) Vinegar
2) Antiseptic Mouthwash
3) Teatree Oil
Treat the nails with these daily, may take weeks or months to totally cure, as the nail sometimes needs to grow all the way out to completely cure.
