Hes going to have to see a doctor (Podiatrist) to recieve a Prescription Strength medication. Its probably going to be a few months of an oral antibiotic and a daily topical treatment. He has to follow the regimine completely-however rigorous it may be.The doctor will do a scrap test to culture the bacteria thats growing in his toenail bed.
