Then you should go to your doctor and get the medications you desperately need.  You can buy over-the-counter athlete foot remedies, but the pills are prescription only.

Edit:  If your injury is being caused by being in a ballet class, quit the ballet class.  Seriously.</description>

		<description>Make an Appointment with the Podiatrist, he generally takes care of feet, and should be able to decide what your treatment will be. It will depend if the fungus has affected the Matrix of the nail ( that is the part that looks like the, half moon at the bottom of the nail). It may need to be treated with Betadine, and it takes the Toe nail a long time to grow out,( 9 months or more) you  will need a protective bandage since the toe will be very tender where there is no nail now. When the new nail start to grow you will see if its healthy or not The Podiatrist will know what you will need, and that is the best solution I can offer. best wishes for  your new toe nail</description>
