ive been to the hospital three times since. They don’t know what to do for me. They keep prescribing lortabs and perccaset(two days worth) that do nothing for me. My toe is now turning black at the tip. How can i convince them the pain meds aren’t working and i need something stronger?

Call the doctor that done the procedure. It sounds like you may have an infection. You should not be in that much pain after 3 weeks.
Soak foot in a solution of salt water (1 tablespoon of table salt for every 2 cups of warm water) for 30 minutes. Let it air dry, do not rub. Apply some Neosporin and a band aid. See a doctor as soon as possible you may need antibiotics.
Good luck.
