If it’s bleeding and there’s pus, it’s infected. I’d say it was beyond the point where you could treat it yourself. You ought to go to a doctor and get antibiotics.

The corner of the nail is trapped under the skin, and you need to get it out. A doctor would anesthetize the toe and then cut the corner off with a little scissors. This would give it a week or so to heal before the nail grew out, hopefully right. The problem is that it’s now trapped under the skin and it’s not going to be easy to get it out, especially since it’s so sore and tender. You can try packing cotton under that side of the nail with a tweezers, little by little, over a period of days, to push the nail upwards so it will come loose from the edge.

You better go to a doctor and forget about doing it at home.

this may work, get some katamine preff liquid is not power will do, take it then wait about 15 mins, then just pull it out pain free, hope this helps :)

if it’s that bad you sould go to a foot doctor. if try to treat it at home there’ a good
chance for ifection. and you don’t want that

I would tell you a way to do this at home, but with the conditions you list I think you need to see a doctor as soon as possible. I have had ingrown toe nails cut out by a doctor, it took two months to heal. I have not let them get back in that condition again and if they did would not go back to the doctor for the problem. In your case it has gone way too far for at home remedies and it is not going to be painless regardless of what you do now. Go see the doctor.
