Is there anything out there that will help? I can’t take the pills for it (besides it would take 4 months and probably wouldn’t even work) as I have a health condition that prohibits it. Is there anything OTC out there that anyone has tried that actually worked? My toenail is so thick i can barely cut it! Now *that* is nasty! HELP! 
From my experience killing fungus under nails is a losing battle. Some docs recommend pills and other recommend taking the nail off and applying an anti-fungal cream but none of them will guarantee either one works and both will admit any of that stuff is hard on your liver. Forget about anything OTC
