I have an ingrown toenail and I really don’t want to go to the doctor so anybody knows a house remedy or something that helps it heal?

I have the same problem but worst still my nails are very thick.

To ease the agony I have to cut my nails every 2 weeks after dipping my feet in a tub of warm water for half an hour. Quite often it bleed.

Have to wear big head shoe with 100 % cotton socks.

As much as you don’t want to go to the doctor, you may have to in the end.
I had an ingrown toenail for about 6 years before I went to the doctors. I tried everything, cutting the nail a different way, soaking it, so on and so on. The procedure wasn’t too bad. Local anesthesia, 6 needles because I flinched for the last one. your doctor will give you a prescription for antibiotic. and then go back to get the stitch taken out.

I hope that if it’s bad and gets infected that you go to the doctors and have it dealt with soon.
