soak FEET in SALTY WARM WATER,,then apply FOOT and TOENAIL lotion
I guess the ideal solution is to see a doctor, but if it’s too inconvenient for you, you could try applying some of those over-the-counter creams that are medically proven. But like I said, best to see a doctor as you never know what kind of fungus it is.
try a foot soak with vinegar or baking soda. or fungi-nail if you can find it!
Soak your feet in cornmeal mush (warm water and cornmeal) for one hour. It works.
If you put Mentholatum on it twice a day, it will clear up in 4 or 5 weeks.
If you go to the doctor, they will take a nail clipping of the infected toes. They will send it to a lab andhave it checked for fungus. The treatment takes a long time! Nails grow slow!! The medicine they give for oral treatment has some side affects and can cause liver damage. I have heard, that Vicks vapor rub works but takes up to a year, also tea tree oil works, but takes as long. There is no quick fix for this problem.
