In-growing toe nails do tend to reoccur unfortunately!
The pain should subside, but if it persists you must consult your Physician!!

I should say its normal to hurt as the skin is probaly sore- if your really concerned just ring the doctor to put your mind at rest.

Look for a doctor, only he or she knows what to do about your toenails.

The pain is a normal reaction after having them cut out; after all, technically, they have suffered a trama due to the surgical removal of the nail. Try elevating them on say, a couple of pillows and maybe it will help ease off the pain. If the bandage is getting tight, that maybe causing the pain also.
In about 4 hours, try switching to tylenol. Advil is great for the chronic pain of inflammation-meaning it is a non steriodal anti-inflammatory medication. Tylenol is a pain reliever that is designed to kill the pain, but is a quick fix, will only work for four to six hours. I would try tylenol next, then start alternating after tylenol, take advil, after advil take tylenol, etc.
With the elevation and tylenol, you should start feeling some relief.

Well, yes, it's normal that there would be some discomfort since it is an open wound. You should have felt some relief though, since the toenail would no longer be puncturing the skin.

Be sure to keep infection at bay by keeping it clean. You can also soak your feet in an epsom salt solution. Just use warm/hot water and add however much epsom salt the package asks for (I think it's about a cup per gallon). Soak your feet for about 30 minutes. It'll really soften the skin.

Follow the directions as given to you by your doctor. You can also try applying some hydrogen peroxide to help with infection. Be prepared though, it's definitely not going to be pleasant. It'll hurt for a couple minutes.

Don't be scared of the bandage. It's not going to be pretty, but you can't just leave it on indefinitely, it needs to be changed occasionally.
