What is the cause of my top of foot pain?

I have had this on and off foot pain for 2 weeks. The pain is there every morning, when I wake up and sometimes will continue throughout the day.
I do not have the pain will resting my foot but it will happen while walking.
The pain is located by my first and second toes, stretching up through the the top of my foot.
What could this possibly be?
What can or should I do?

sesimoiditis…inflammation in the joints of the foot I believe. You can try actipatch to treat the inflammation, take anti-inflammatory meds, ice it and if it doesn’t get any better see a podiatrist
