Apply a 6% peroxide cream to the area, then cover with a band aid that has a hole in it around the affected area. Wait 4 to 5 days, the internal pressure will push out the outer part of the skin. Then cut off the outer part that is accessible with something like a scalpel. Repeat this until all the virus part is removed. The skin will regrow.
You probably need to go to the doctor and have your arches taped up so that the muscles can heal. It will take 7-10 days.
