What is this extreme foot pain?

So, Sometimes when I spread my toes apart, I get a sudden pain on the bottom of my foot. The bottom of my foot swells for as long as this lasts *about 2 or 3 minuites* then it stops and It isn’t swollen. Its bizarre!

I know it’s not a cramp, and it literally feels like someone is stabbing me.

Please help me ?!

p.s. it’s not an old age thing cause I’m only 13.

That sounds like your foot is telling you that the muscle under it is having some trouble and is in need of some TLC. Do a deep massage on it from the heel to the front, covering the entire arch area. Do that for a minute. Then press your fingers straight in at the back of the arch, right in front of the heel and hold for 30 seconds. Raise your foot up as much as you can, release the pressure but hold your foot there for another 30 seconds. That should help.
