Hello Alexandra,

From your description its very hard to tell, Heel spurs or Plantar Fasciitis are possible however you mentioned that you hurt your heel.
If you can answer these question I will be able to give you a better answer

1) Where in your heel does it hurt exactly?
2) Does it hurt more after you rest or sleep?
3) How did you hurt your heel?
4) What kind of shoes you normally wear?

Normal treatment involves stretches and icing at least 4 times a day, you should also try and avoid walking on your heel.

Again, if you can answer my question regarding your injury I will be able to help you further.

Good luck!
