My understanding is a nail wound on the foot is very easily infected. Try soaking in Epson Salts water at least a couple times a day. It works wonders for drawing out infection and reducing pain. You can also make a poultice using it.

Soak it in hot Epsom Salt water.

Pam the first thing you must do , even if the nail is out , of your foot and you are still in pain , you must go and have a tetnus injection , , because if you do not you will get an infection into the foot , and it then could turn real nasty on you .So as soon as you can get yourself of to a hospital or your own doctor , and ask for a tetnus injection , THEIR ARE no side effects to this injecksion , but i can tell you now it will give you peace of mind get better soon

Go see a doctor. Make sure it's not infected. Get a tetnus shot if it's been more then 6 years from the last and ask for some pain pills. Problem solved! :)

First of all get a Tetanus shot!

Prescribed painkillers and keep your food elevated with an ice pack.

You can apply a support bandage too if you like – this might make walking around a little easier.
