7 yrs post op, and experiencing neuropathy that has progressed from feet up to arms to lips and forhead. Iron levels are fine, B12 levels are within range, D levels are very low but trying to get them up. What else could cause the malabsorbion neuropathy?

i think even if of your B12 level are normal you can try a course of this vitamin and it may help you recover from neuropathy.
