I have gone to the doc and he says proper shoes….well I've done that and still getting worse. Any ideas?

What doc said. My grandmother had them……… my aunt had them. Both of them ended up having to have surgery to have them shaved down. The good news was, this totally relieved any and all pain and both were so glad they had it done. I'm so sorry if you are going through this. Shoes will only make you more comfortable, but it won't relieve the problem *sigh*

Surgery to trim down the protruding metatarsal head.
