Plantar fasciitis is the correct name for it. The main symptom is pain in the bottom of the heel sometimes extending toward the balls of the feet. Ankle movement may be limited due to tightening of the Achilles tendon. The most severe pain occurs after periods of not bearing weight on the foot(i.e. after sleeping at night or sitting for long periods). It may or may not be sore when touched or pushed on depending on the severity of the heel spur. I suffered from this for 2 years so if you need anymore info please e-mail me.
Heel spurs are bony spurring of the heel bone, also known as the calcaneus. There are no true symptoms of heel spurs. But, you can have heel pain due to plantar fasciitis, which is a condition that affects the arch of the foot. Heel spurs are usually a result of the condition that causes the heel pain and are not usually the cause of the heel pain.
I believe it is called plantar fasciitis. The symptoms are pain in the heel, and along side your foot. It hurts when you bend over and try to stand up again. there’s also some Swelling. It can be VERY Hard to walk. I hope that helped, and if you are experiencing any of that, then I hope things get better for you. Have a great day.
I get them all the time. The way i get rid of them is do one excerise several times a day. Get in front of ur kitchen sink, stand on ur toes. now..do up and down with ur heels. It will hurt at first but u will feel it slowly going away. I do about 15 to 20 time each time I do it. Also use some pain relief lotion all over my foot and put on socks. good luck!!
