it kinda looks like a pimple yet it only has like clear liquid in it. It is on the bottom of my foot right in the middle. Although it looks like a small pimple the pain is intense deep into the tissue in the middle of my foot.

It could be a plantar’s wart. Is there a dot in the middle?
Also it is possible it is a splinter or thistle or something you stepped on.
Consider seeing a podiatrist
It’s better than self diagnosis cause it could be anything, and giving it the wrong treatment could make it worse
i bet it is some kind of sore in ur leg ….teh only way is to keep ur legs clean all the time…and be careful not to break the boil as if the liquid in iat comes in contact with any thing else u are in trouble as ur about to feel great pain……………as far preventing it from coming i think ur leg is of sweaty type keep ur legs dust free and dry………u can were a sock if u wear a sandal and dont waste time go to a doc immedieatly
Keep your hands away from this thing and get yourself to a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
