I have a serious pain on the bottom of my left foot-it just started yesterday as I was walking and it is still there, it feels like bone pain, I did not do anything to injure my foot in any way. Does anyone know what it is? Could it be a bone spur? What do those feel like? I can’t go to the Dr. because I have no insurance, so I will try some home remedies. Any ideas? Thanks for all of your help !
The pain radiates from my little toe and runs along the bone of the outer left edge of my foot, that long bone in there. Thanks again

It sounds like a bone spur. Trust me…they hurt like hell. There is really no cure unless you go to the doctor, but take aspirin to ease some of the pain and soak your foot in warm water.
Sounds like a nerve is inflammed. I would recomment icing it even if it doesn’t look swollen. Hope that helps!
It could be your shoes. Walking too much. May be you stepped on something!!
Possibly a bone spur. I’m sorry, I don’t know any home remedies for a bone spur. You can try taking advil for inflammation, but that won’t get rid of a bone spur. Good luck.
It could be plantar fasciitis , which means a heel pain that will begin to subside when you walk around alot. The pain is usually when you first wake from when the blood hits the damaged tissue that has been stationary for quite a while…….
