		<description>Yeah that might be tendinitis. Make sure you sort of back off from these activities for a couple of weeks and ice it often. Also, make sure you wear comfortable shoes that have good support. Those converses don&#039;t sound too bad. But just sort of listen to your body and definitely stay away from those activities for a little bit especially any jumping activities. You want your foot to heal so if you continue to do this it might eventually lead to a stress fracture. And that is NO GOOD!</description>
