Pain in top of rite foot!?

Held a 45# granddaughter on my shoulders at a parade (not smart) of me! Already have a bad back, and I fear a pinched nerve. The top of my right foot feels a "burning (similar to sunburn), but more intense, have I pinched a nerve?
any ideas??

    sound likes a pinched nerve. Also you could try a physio therapist. They know lots.
