Do you mean that you twisted your foot? I have fractured my 5th metatarsal when I twisted my foot….you probably should have it xrayed.
Add…treatment depends on whether there is a fracture, and if there is one it depends on where it is, and on the type of fracture. Mine happened getting out of bed in the morning, and my foot was "asleep". When I put my weight on it to stand, it buckled and twisted inward, snapping the 5th metatarsal.
