I have severely flat feet, like seriously no arches whatsoever. You can get arch support inserts for your shoes. I use them. They don’t exactly correct flat feet, but it holds them in that position while you are wearing them. And it prevents back pain caused by the lack of arches.
I have flat feet as well. go to a foot doctor and get orthopedics. its this removable stick like thing that goes into ur shoe and is removeable and it like raises your foot a couple of cm’s but it raises them the most where the arch is suppose to be so it stops your back and knees from giving you pain and also stopping you from leading to arthritious and being pigion toed! I think there great. no one sees them and if anyone does they look like all different colorsl ike black or gray and stuff so its not something like walking around in a park naked and it gets the job done! i love running and i am on my track team at school and i find it so much easier to run now. good luck

unless you get surgery there is no way to arch your feet. I would know, I have flat feet too!
