I run a little in-home babysitting service. I have a two year old and six month old (both mine) and a one year old and three month old (not mine). Do you think I can swing this or am I nuts?

Yes, you are nuts. You will probably still be in considerable pain, and all you will be able to do is hobble around very slowly on crutches. You will not be a safe care-giver for young children, simply because you will not be able to move fast enough to prevent them from coming to harm.
I'd advise cancelling the babysitting for a few weeks, and making sure that you're fine with your own!
