I have really dense pain in my right foot. I have done nothing to it? What can possibly be wrong?

It’s not swollen, but it totally feels like my tendons are ripping apart. It hurts so bad to walk. I can’t sleep cause it’s throbbing in pain… Any help?

You could be suffering from a bone spur in your foot. These are common. The often rub against nerves and tissues causing much damage, and thus pain. To help you determine if this might be the case, please visit http://www.bonespur.com
