		<description>I get a similar pain - it goes from the bottom of one foot, past my ankles and up my shins.  It doesn&#039;t hurt while exercising but does afterwards.  As far as I can tell, it&#039;s plantar fasciitis and isn&#039;t terribly serious.  Good, supportive shoes and stretching help to lessen the pain, as does going lighter on the exercising for a while.</description>
