I was practicing soccer and someone’s cleat dug into the top of my foot about a week ago…i have a tournament this weekend but it still hurts…any help?
it hurts to juggle or shoot the ball..anything that uses the top of my foot.
…and the pain is an inch inward from the start of the toe next to my big toe
Go see the doctor or a podiatrist(foot doctor). And try to stay off of it as much as possible. You might have broken a bone.
