You should see a doctor. There are many things that could be causing your pain on your leg. It may be muscle weakness and joint pain due to arthritis. A worst case scenario is a possible blood clot in your left leg that is causing the pain in that area because of the lack of blood supply.
That clot could possibly detach and wind up in a blood vessel in your heart or brain which could lead to a heart attack or stroke.
It could also be GOUT which can be caused by a defect in the kidney that causes an enzyme called purines to move to your joints. Purines excrete uric acid and with uric acid being excreted on your joints can cause joint pain.
Naturally with severe pain, it can very draining on your energy explaining why you feel so tired a lot of the time.
Not to scare you but it does sound like it could be something serious. See a doctor as soon as you can because if left untreated, it may result in the debilitation of your ability to mobilise independently.
I really hope I hoped.
