You need to go to an emergency room for x-ray and CT. I am diabetic and an ER-Aid. If something is broken it can cause inflammation that can turn into infection and will escalate into a whole list of other problems with the diabetes on board. Go to the ER or atleast a walk-in clinic that can do X-rays.

Get off Yahoo Answers and go to the ER, now. Really… now!!!

If I were you I would go to your doctor immediately, or call and simply ask about it, because something isn’t right.

Yes, Definitely get to a Doctor. I hope you’ve already gone by the time I’ve posted this!

You should go to the er and get an xray to make sure you didn’t break anything. If you heard a crunch and had immediate swelling then there is a pretty good chance there’s a fracture. You don’t want to risk it healing wrong and what if you have a concussion. It’s best to get checked out asap!

Hope that you went to the ER- anytime you hit your face/head and get dizzy and nauseous, you need to make sure that there is no concussion, or anything more serious. Hope you are ok.
