how to remove corn from my foot? and how to prevent spreading?

i have 3 corns in my left foot, it was only one before; how can i remove those corns? moreover i doubt, there is a growth in my right hand finger, because the skin of that finger got little bit hard. please help me, what can i do?, is it a spreading one?

    You need to go and see a really good chiropodist – they will use a scalpel to cut out the corns (don't worry it doesn't hurt very much!) and then put a dressing on afterwards. Well worth paying to get them removed, otherwise they will keep coming back. Also look at the shoes you are wearing. I suffer with corns quite a lot, and usually only need to go to see the chiropodist once a year to have them removed. I do a lot of walking.
