how to get rid off hard skin (under your foot) and corn.?

I hate to clipped it out every week’s. Sometimes I use corn removal too but it’s still there. Pls tell me the best way to do about it.

    Sandpaper: medium grade. Fold the paper into a small roll, similar to a toilet paper roll.
    Sandpaper the corns in one direction only.
    When that side becomes filled with skin cells, simply use a different side of the sandpaper roll.
