Meta
u cant cure it by a homeopathic medicine. it is a bone spurt into the tissue and the onl way to "fix it " would be to go to a padiatrist aka a foot dr. he will opper8 and file it down.
i dont know how to cure em…but a podi. would…
Go see your doctor. She told me to do stretching exercises, and ice helps too. The only thing that really worked for me was to stay off of it for about 2 days.
Lithotripsy of the heel can smash up this by the use of ultrasonic shock waves.
This is very effective, and a less invasive way of removing them than surgery.
Otherwise, you can have you Dr inject them, usually with cortisone, or some steroid.
I would go for the shock wave as I have seen it work.
If you see a sports medicine doctor she or he can show you how to use sports tape to compress it in a way that really alleviates the pain. You know how if you squeeze the sides of your heel it helps the pain? It is kind of like that.
Heel spurs are causes when the tissue on the bottom of your foot, called the plantar fascia gets tight. Your problem really isn’t the heel spur … you have what’s called plantar fasciitis. The heel spur is the result of the body trying to deal with the tightness of the pplantar fascia by extending the bone so that there is less pull on the bone. The heel spur isn’t the problem, it’s the result of the problem, your plantar fasciitis.
What you need to do is to stretch the plantar fascia severall times a day, particularly in the morning before you get out of bed, or any time you have been sitting for more than 30 mins at a time. Check out the link to a good stretch for this problem.
