How do you tape a foot to treat heel spurs.?

I have heard there is a way to tape your foot to ease the pain of heel spurs, does anyone know the technique for the taping? Thesed little tootsies hurt..

    The only cure is not surgical removal. That is the last option. The spur is not the source of your pain it is the soft tissue around the spur.

    Use 2 or 3 inch tape that doeasn’t stretch. Hold the tape like a stirrup and pull it up into your arch tightly and up the sides of your foot. Repeat with 2 more overlapping pieces. Wear shoes with an arch support.

    The only real cure is surgical removal. In the meantime, try antiinflammatories such as ibuprofen. Taping it does not really help

    Use a camcorder to tape it.

    Pad the heal, then tape tightly from side to side. Unfortunately this only treats the problem, not cure it.
