do you think the spur will come back if i continue with being a cashier? or will the injection cure it?
Not sure if it will come back, but I think it would be preferable to avoid any job where you’re constantly on your feet.
Usually the pain is caused by a ligament in your arch that runs from the front of your foot to your heel. I had these heel spurs but what really helped was arch supports. Now I always wear them and no more heel pain.
