What remedies can i do for foot pain? I have flat feet also. I guess people with flat feet are more prone to foot pain.

You need to go to a Podiatrist and have orthotics made to wear in your shoes. They make them to fit "your" foot, unlike the ones you buy in the stores which only help for a week or two.
The longer you put off seeing a doctor, the worse the problems will get and then you may end up having to have major surgery of some kind so try to see one soon so you can walk in comfort
