I am 13 years old girl and have been having foot pain problems since mid-march. It all started at volleyball practice when I was running steps for conditioning. It hurts the most when I have been standing on hard surfaces, going up or down steps, or had my foot in an awkward position. I am overweight, but not too bad. What do you think is wrong with it? Should I see a doctor? What should I do to make it better?
u might have broke it (probably not) or sprained it i did the same thing. put ice on it till it stops swelling and dont agervate the foot by doing physical activities. if it gets worse/doesnt improve in 5 days go to a doctor. if u rele worried go see a doctor rite now.

thats why you should warm up and cool down.u could be flat footed.
