Foot Pain after playing Basketball for longer than 30 minutes?

After I play basketball for more than a half hour my feet really start to hurt almost feels like my toenails are just being crushed every time I go to run. And usually the back of one of my heels is bleeding, when I’m done playing. This probably means my shoes aren’t the right size or does everyone get this sort of foot pain after a large amount of playing time?

I think it might be from your shoes not being the right size. try getting some that are half a size bigger than you would normally wear.

the problem is most likely either your shoes are too small, or your shoes don’t have good arch support and cushioning.
Either way, you need new shoes.

    Suggestions?
    Go with Nike or Jordan.
If you’re a guard, you should probably go with shoes with zoom air cushioning
if you’re post or center, you should go with firmer cushioning such as max air.
    good luck
