As to the tendonitis, I suspect that the pain from the heel spurs is causing you to walk differently, somewhat, placing more stress on parts of the feet that aren’t normally used as much, therefore causing the tendonitis. However, I have tendonitis in my feet and heels because I have a condition commonly known as "flat feet."
