I do not know what that is, but I too suffer from that annoying pain and I had to have a Cordisone shot in it. Hurt like a big dog too! Good luck and let me know if it works. Angleheart?
Try to wear a little high heel shoes, may be a 1 1/2 – 2 inches ,
it will reduce the pain. good luck.

Why did you go to the Doc if you would rather ask us?
didnt u have to pay him for his advice?
go with what he said
your pain should go away soon
some minor side effects but nothing serious. Make sure your doctor knows all medication you are on.
As for the Plantar problem, I have it myself and highly suggest yoga once the worst pain dissipates. Trust me it works wonders.
your doctor gave it to you…………if it kills you…….you’re family will be rich! Just trust your doctor……….
We (I work for an ortho) usually recommend shoe modification to Nike Airs and physical therapy for stretching exercises.
