There are several, according with the severity of the inflamation of the fascia (the covering of the muscles in the sole),
First, rest and nonsteroidal analgesics, such as ibuprofen 200 mg with each meal, or equivalent strenght, elevation of feet over a pillow, warm bathing of the feet, etc. can cure most of the cases.
If the pain persists for 4 or more days, then, injectiuon of the insertion of the fascia in the inner aspect of the foot, by a physician is the next stem.
Infiltration of 10 mh of triamcinolone acetonide, dissolved in 2-3 ml of lignocaine (local anesthetic), or other local steroid in the calcaneum tubercle, will cure the problem (You need to rest 48 hours after the procedure though). however, the pain and the disease itself, is highly curable, and you can benefit after the procedure, of the use of soft gel silicon sole pads….

I would try mild stretching exercises [ keep knee straight, point toes up] several times a day, ibuprofen, and either warm or cold packs, whichever feels better.
Make sure you shoes have really good cushioning, or add some.
