It is actually better to get bunions taken care of early - if you plan on having surgery it is better t get it now rather than when you are much older. I would see a podiatrist and get his/her opinion. Sometime orthopedists are narrow mined about certain conditions. A podiatrist will also know if you are bad enough for surgery.

As far as flat feet, try orthotics and get them a good try, not just a day or two, Use the instructions you get and do not over do it the first week or two - you have to work them in. Also, wear supportive shoes as much as possible.

I could help you correct your flat feet not requiring surgery. You just need to follow an exercise regimen for various months. I've already helped several individuals correct this condition. As for your bunions, you may require surgery. Not having flat feet, though, would not add that much pressure on your toes worsening the bunion. If you're interested in correcting your feet, email me k.sordo@gmail.com
