Going for surgery on 4th November to have both of my large toenails removed. I was just wondering how much it hurts after I wake up and over the next few days? I also have a maths exam on the 8th and am wondering if i’m going to be alright to walk in?
I have gone to the doctor and have been given pain meds and a cortizone shot. Then, I tried I’ve used a cane for walking, orthotics, have worn a big boot on my foot, I’ve worn braces, I’ve tried icing I’ve tried heat pads, I’ve tried night splints, I’ve tried Z-Coil shoes, I’ve tried massages, streches, I’ve also tried acupuncture for a while, etc. Nothing has worked!!!!!
I exercise (jog and briskly walk) five times a week and lately I have terrible foot pain no matter what shoes I wear.:
