Just had bunion surgery (base wedge osteotomy) a few days ago and I am in a plaster cast. I accidentally put a small amount of weight on my foot while getting out of the shower. It was not a lot of weight but enough that it hurt. It doesn't seem to hurt to much more than it did, but it does seem a little more swollen. I've had it elevated almost 24/7 since Monday. I am just curious if I could have messed anything up or moved anything around.

I have a serious pain on the bottom of my left foot-it just started yesterday as I was walking and it is still there, it feels like bone pain, I did not do anything to injure my foot in any way. Does anyone know what it is? Could it be a bone spur? What do those feel like? I can't go to the Dr. because I have no insurance, so I will try some home remedies. Any ideas? Thanks for all of your help !
The pain radiates from my little toe and runs along the bone of the outer left edge of my foot, that long bone in there. Thanks again

I've had plantar fasciitis for over two years. I'm currently a senior in high school and this injury has prevented me from doing sports. (I was a three sport varsity athlete freshman year, now I'm basically not doing anything). I've been constantly going to the podiatrist and physical therapist several times a month for over a year. Has there ever been a case where plantar fasciitis never healed? My plan was to enlist in the Marine Corps but if this never goes away, I won't be able to.

It's supposed to serves to prevent bunions from rubbing against the insides of shoes/sneakers. Would silicone be a good material?

it kinda looks like a pimple yet it only has like clear liquid in it. It is on the bottom of my foot right in the middle. Although it looks like a small pimple the pain is intense deep into the tissue in the middle of my foot.
