I have Morton's Neuroma in one foot. I wear arch supports. Pain is less when I'm barefoot. Any suggestions?

    Stay barefoot. No kidding, there is a website for people who love to go barefoot and they have a lot of information on thier site regarding the health benefits of living barefoot. Many people had foot problems of various sorts and have much healthier feet since barefooting.

    Try a good brand shoe that conforms to your foot shape such as Berkinstock (sp?), Fly Flot and Born to name a few. Some podiatrists’ offices also offer shoes for sale.
    Or, you may find it best to have orthodics made specifically for you.
