I have pins in 4 toes and although I’m being very careful I’ve bumped them REALLY lightly. How likely is this

  1. The Dog says:

Listen to what your body is telling you. Pain can be your best friend. If it hurts too much don't do it. Don't do anything to strenuous of course until it feels strong.

I just had surgery on my hand and they told me not to do any heavy lifting for two and a half months. My hand felt strong by then and I was able to use it just fine.

If you are really worried I would try to find a physical therapist or just pester your doctor for more advice. It's their job to help you! So just be a squeaky wheel.
